SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
All products are 3D printed to order. Product images, colours, and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of 3D printing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLINGPrices are listed in AUD and do not include GST, as GST is not collected at this time. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. We may adjust prices or promotions at any time. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment details.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All products are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided when available.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is the property of VOLARI 3D or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or products without permission.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify, but all transactions are between you and VOLARI3D. Shopify is not responsible for any sales or customer support.

SECTION 10 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products are custom-made and 3D printed to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us at hello@volari3d.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Queensland.
