Volari3D Monthly Commercial License Terms

By purchasing this monthly commercial license, you agree to the following terms.

1. License purpose

This license allows the approved license holder to sell physical printed versions of this design on a small scale, only while their monthly commercial license remains active.

This license is for small maker use only. It does not grant ownership of the design or digital files.

2. Seller information required

To hold a valid commercial license, you must provide accurate seller details to (volari3D@gmail.com).

You must provide:

• your full name or business name
• your shop name, if different
• your website, if applicable
• your active social media handle, marketplace account, or selling platform details

This information is used to identify who the license belongs to and to confirm authorised commercial use.

This license only applies to the named seller details provided at the time of purchase. It is non-transferable and may not be shared, reassigned, sublicensed, or used by any other person, business, brand, website, shop, or social account.

If you change your business name, store, website, or selling account, you must update your details with Volari3D. Failure to do so may make the license invalid.

3. What this license allows

While your monthly commercial license is active, you may:

• sell physical printed copies of the product
• print and assemble the product yourself for resale
• sell in small quantities as an individual maker or small business

4. Self-production only

All products sold under this license must be:

• printed by you
• assembled by you
• sold by you

No third party production is allowed.

This means you may not:

• outsource printing
• outsource assembly
• use a production partner
• use a print farm operated by others
• use a fulfilment centre
• use a factory or outside manufacturer
• have another business or person make the product for you

If you are not personally printing and assembling each item yourself, you are not authorised to sell this product under this license.

5. No mass production

This is not a mass production license.

This license is intended for small-scale maker sales only. It does not cover large-volume manufacturing, outsourced production, staff-run production lines, or any commercial arrangement where the item is not personally made by the license holder.

6. Designer credit required

When selling physical products made under this license, you must clearly credit Volari3D as the original designer.

Credit must appear in at least one of the following:

• product listing description
• website product page
• store profile
• social media sales post
• maker credits section

Accepted examples:

• Design by Volari3D
• Original design by Volari3D

You may not claim the design as your own original work.

7. What this license does not allow

You may not:

• resell, share, copy, trade, gift, or distribute the digital files in any form
• upload the files to any website, cloud drive, group, membership, file-sharing platform, or print service
• sell the files as your own
• modify the files or design for the purpose of avoiding these license terms
• sell altered, remixed, copied, cast, moulded, or derivative versions based on this design to bypass these conditions
• transfer this license to another person, business, or brand
• white label the product
• use third party manufacturing or assembly
• mass produce the product

8. Active monthly license required

This is a monthly commercial license. You must maintain an active license for every month you list, promote, market, or sell the product.

If your license expires, is cancelled, or is not renewed, your right to sell the product ends immediately.

You may not continue selling the product, including remaining stock, once your license is no longer active unless you have written permission from Volari3D.

9. Personal use file purchase is separate

Purchase of the design file alone does not include commercial rights.

Unless a separate active monthly commercial license has been purchased, the file is for personal use only. Personal use allows printing for yourself or for mates where no profit is made.

Selling printed versions for profit without an active commercial license is not permitted.

10. Ownership and rights

This commercial license gives limited permission to sell physical printed products only.

You are not purchasing the copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights to the design or digital files.

All rights remain with Volari3D.

11. Breach of license

Any use outside these terms is considered a breach of license.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• selling without an active monthly commercial license
• failing to provide accurate seller details
• failing to credit Volari3D
• outsourcing printing or assembly
• mass producing the product
• sharing or distributing the digital files

If these terms are breached, Volari3D reserves the right to:

• revoke the commercial license immediately
• ban future purchases
• request immediate removal of listings
• require sales to cease immediately
• take further action where necessary to protect the design, files, and brand

12. Agreement

By purchasing this commercial license, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
